A custom SEHON booth, built around the robot

SEHON Innovative Lackieranlagen GmbH, a German spray-booth manufacturer and NST’s partner in Germany, integrated the NST-H8 into its own custom booth system at its headquarters in Gechingen.

Rather than retrofitting an existing booth, SEHON engineered the booth around the gantry: the robot, lighting, airflow and filtration were planned as one system. NST engineers installed and commissioned the system on site and trained SEHON’s team on operation and spray application.

For European body shops this pairing matters: the booth comes from a builder they already trust, with robot painting designed in from day one.

First overseas market, growing unit by unit

South Korea is NST’s first overseas market. Our Seoul-based partner runs NST painting-robot systems in standard configuration, spraying full car bodies and parts. The first system was installed in July 2025, with more being commissioned through 2026.

The partner’s team trained at NST’s Dalian headquarters and runs the robots for demonstration and operator training, building the technical base for the Korean automotive aftermarket.

Daily production at a renowned international EV brand

At the multi-city direct-operated stores of a renowned international new-energy vehicle brand, the NST-H8 has run continuously for 18 months, spraying more than 500 panels a month as part of normal repair operations.
