Shipping and customs clearance differ by destination, so NST agrees the production, transport and installation schedule with each customer or partner at contract stage and tracks the project through to commissioning.

NST plans a short on-site installation and training window with you, covering installation and commissioning followed by software-operation and spray-application training. NST sends three specialists: a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer and a training engineer.

Two to three. NST’s training engineer trains them on site during the installation window, covering day-to-day operation, spray workflows and routine maintenance.

The system carries a 12-month warranty. Failures caused by product quality within the warranty period are resolved under NST’s warranty policy.
